Suzanne was knowledge, patient, thorough and helpful in every way. We were not sure what we were looking for in a home and she was able to discern, over time, our likes and dislikes which eventually led us to a home we would have never looked at initially, but we ended up loving it and purchasing it! She answered all our calls and emails in a timely manner, even alerting us immediately when a potential home went on the market. She has excellent negotiating skills and guided us thru the process at every step. We took 6 months to find a home and her patience and encouragement throughout the process was so helpful.
